| Job Description: | CPU Architect – San Jose, CA Looking for an experienced processor designer to lead development or analysis of high-end ARM-compliant superscalar multi-processor CPU hardware design. Ability to analyze the requirement/bottleneck of modern mobile applications and give proposal for improvement. Experience in interacting with different levels of engineers with various (software / hardware) backgrounds both in verbal and written communication. Requirements: Familiar with modern RISC CPU (ARM or MIPS) architecture, micro-architecture and pipeline design Experience in micro-architecture and implementation of high performance CPU with superscalar, out of order completion, multiple cores and multiple levels of caches Knowledge of modern SOC architecture and bus infrastructure Knowledge of the cutting edge semiconductor mfg. process and low power technique Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, organized and motivated. Optional Knowledge of the complete modern SOC frontend design process High speed circuit implementation experience Fully custom and/or standard cell based approach Experience on processor modeling and verification Operating system related knowledge Education: -BS, MS or PhD -At least 6 + years work experience with 4 + years of related CPU design |
