| Job Description: | Seeking a sharp individual to support and develop tools in the area of performance analysis, assemblers, linkers, compilers, code optimizations. The individual must have good knowledge of build tools, DSP, VLIW, and RISC processors. Thorough understanding of processor architectures, and code optimization techniques is highly desired. The primary duties include but are not limited to the following: Work on pushing third party software through in house software development tools and testing Work on performance analysis of applications and identifying performance bottle necks Work on bug fixes and enhancement of software development tools Work as an integral part of the development team Desired: 1+ years of industry experience in software development tools Skilled in C/C++ programming Knowledge of DSP and embedded architectures and their instruction sets Familiarity with the software development tool chain (assembler, linker, compiler, optimizations, simulator, etc.) Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment |
