| Job Description: | Looking for a software manager for a 3D graphics driver team in Orlando. The person will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers in designing, implementing, and optimizing 3D drivers on a range of ASICs on mobile and desktop platforms. A successful candidate will have an established background in managing a software engineer team working on CPU, GPU, or 3D graphics development in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Manage an engineering team including staffing, mentoring, performance review, goal setting, and career development Lead the team in developing and delivering D3D graphics drivers on single and multiple GPU against project plans. Work closely with other teams in developing driver plans aligned with key objectives Minimum Requirements 10+ years experience as a software developer in 3D graphics 5+ years in leading CPU, GPU, or 3D graphics driver development Strong organization and communication skills A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects Knowledge of software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations |
